Lynnwood Washington is about 20 miles north of downtown Seattle right along Interstate 5 and Highway 99. This is great for businesses as there is a lot of exposure and a lot of activity on both of these major highways and freeways. However, the closer we get to Seattle the more expensive a lot of the businesses and business opportunities will be.
Lynnwood has the Alderwood Mall, which is continually expanding out to surrounding strip malls, shopping centers, restaurants, and other businesses. This is right off of the freeway so exposure is ideal.
Over on Highway 99, there are several business opportunities up and down the highway including the Business Costco Center, the James Village shopping center, and Lynwood Crossroads.
This is also an ideal place for offices and industrial buildings as there are multiple office buildings around Lynwood for a variety of business styles. Many of the businesses are along 196 Street Southwest and 44th Ave. S. This is ideal for public transportation, getting on and off the freeway quickly, and for a variety of businesses.
