Mukilteo Washington is located west of Everett on Highway 525 or the Mukilteo Speedway. It’s the hub for the Clinton Mukilteo ferry line and has the beautiful Mukilteo Beach and lighthouse Park out on its point.
Home to about 22,000 residents, Mukilteo is between Edmonds and Everett about 25 miles north of Seattle. It was used during World War II as an auxiliary fueling facility due to its proximity to the newly built Snohomish County Airport. It was incorporated in 1947 and is a sleepy, affluent community of Snohomish County. It has a small job centered around manufacturing industries and is a major transportation hub with connections to would be Island. Mukilteo is recognized for its quality of life and is one of the most affluent communities in the state with an average high median income. Like Edmonds, it’s convenience and location make it an ideal spot for residents as it has the commuter rail station served by Sound or trains located near the ferry terminal down by the water.
Although Mukilteo is primarily residential there are a few business opportunities down towards the water and along Highway 525. Whether it is a business in a small strip mall, coffee shop, industrial plot, or land, there are several opportunities throughout Mukilteo, specifically along Highway 525.
