Boulevard Bluffs Homes for Sale
Boulevard Bluffs is a popular neighborhood and Everett Washington, part of Snohomish County. It’s home to about 3500 residents and borders of Mukilteo, on the western side of Everett. It’s bordered by Mukilteo Lane and the Japanese Gulch Conservation Area on the west, Seaway Boulevard on the south, and stretches just east of the Merrill and Ring Creek border to the north by Possession Sound. This is a more affluent community where 80% of residents own their own homes. There’s a median home value of about $600,000 as many of these homes feature beautiful views of the water. You’ll find properties priced anywhere from $300,000 up to $2 million depending on size, condition, and amenities such as the view. You’ll find a lot of beautiful homes along W. Mukilteo Blvd. in the micro neighborhoods of Edgewater and Darlington.
Most of the neighborhoods in Boulevard Bluffs branch out from W. Mukilteo Blvd. and either go up the hill or are boarded along the cliffs of the Possession Sound. However, just because they are bordered by the water doesn’t mean they have water access. Most of these homes sit far above the water offering breathtaking views of Puget Sound and Whidbey Island. Residents are about 10 minutes from downtown Everett and about 15 to 20 minutes from Lynnwood. Paine Field is less than 10 minutes south as is the Walter hole golf course, and several conservation areas and parks. The Clinton Mukilteo ferry is also just a couple of minutes West down on the waterfront offering beautiful views and things to do at Mukilteo Beach and Lighthouse Park.
