McClellan Ridge Homes for Sale

McClellan Ridge is a neighborhood in Snohomish County just north of Seattle Hill elementary school between 51st Ave. SE. and Highway 96. This south Snohomish community is a newer neighborhood with a homeowner association and dues of approximately $50 per month.
