Snohomish Washington Is Located about 25 to 30 Miles Northeast of Downtown Seattle. This kitschy, comforting, and country little town is nestled right on the Snohomish River and spreads out from Highway 2 to the river but the outlying areas of Snohomish stretch far beyond its city boundary line. There are several major commercial areas in Snohomish. The first is just off of Bickford Avenue on the corner of 30th St. and Bickford Avenue. There’s a Kohl’s, Fred Meyer, Home Depot, and several restaurants. The famous local Bridges Pets is also located in this complex and there are a lot of opportunities for shops and restaurants in that this strip mall.

The second major industrial area of Snohomish is along Avenue D just off of Highway nine. Avenue D runs north and south into the heart of downtown Snohomish and has grocery stores, shops, markets, and more.

Then you have downtown Snohomish. Located right on the water on First Avenue, this popular location is full of antique shops, boutiques, country stores, great restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and a couple of museums. This location is great for touristy-type of businesses and really gets hopping around the holidays. The downtown area businesses come together during Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Mother’s Day to do special events for shoppers.

Any three of these locations would be ideal for a lot of different styles of businesses. For more office space, off the beaten path would be better and probably less expensive.
