Snohomish County Commercial Property

Beautiful Snohomish County

Snohomish County sits north of King County and south of Skagit and is the main transitional county between the bustling city life of Seattle and the rural fields and countryside of Snohomish County. You can have a beautiful condo on the water or a farmhouse and acreage literally less than 10 miles from each other. It’s a great county and whether you’re looking for commercial property or residential, I can help navigate the real estate market and help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Here are just a few of the major cities in Snohomish County.

Arlington Washington

Arlington Washington is located about 35 miles north of Seattle and has two different locations. The downtown Arlington area is set just off of Highway nine about 3 miles east of Interstate 5. At the corner of Interstate 5 and 172nd St., Northeast is the Smokey Point area, often sometimes referred to as Arlington as well.

Darrington Washington

Darrington Washington is a small town in Snohomish County at the base of the North Cascades Mountain. It’s about 30 miles east of Arlington, which is its closest city. It’s connected to nearby areas via State Route 530, which runs along to Rivers towards Arlington and Rockport. It’s home to about 1500 residents.

Lake Stevens Washington

Lake Stevens is growing faster and faster every day. I can’t tell you how many times I travel up and down Highway nine only to see new development, new businesses, storage facilities, or any other new construction.

Lynnwood Washington

Lynwood Washington is about 20 miles north of downtown Seattle right along Interstate 5 and Highway 99. This is great for businesses as there is a lot of exposure and a lot of activity on both of these major highways and freeways. However, the closer we get to Seattle the more expensive a lot of the businesses and business opportunities will be.

Mill Creek Washington

Mill Creek Washington is located in Snohomish County between the cities of Everett and Lynnwood. It’s about 20 miles northeast of Seattle and home to about 22,000 residents. It’s nestled along the North Creek, a tributary of the Sammamish River and extends from Interstate 5 in the west to state Route nine and the East. It’s primarily a planned community built in the 1970s around the country club and golf course.

Monroe Washington

Monroe Washington is located about 45 minutes from downtown Seattle in Snohomish County at the confluence of the Skykomish, Snohomish, and Snoqualmie River is in the Cascade foothills. It’s home to about 19,000 residents and continues to grow every year.

Mountlake Terrace Washington

Mountlake Terrace is located in Snohomish County and is on the southern border of the county adjacent to Shoreline and Lynnwood. It’s 13 miles north of Seattle and is home to about 22,000 residents.

Mukilteo Washington

Mukilteo Washington is located west of Everett on Highway 525 or the Mukilteo Speedway. It’s the hub for the Clinton Mukilteo ferry line and has the beautiful Mukilteo Beach and lighthouse Park out on its point.

Smokey Point Washington

Smokey Point, while technically a combination of Arlington and Marysville, has become its own city practically. This area has exploded in growth over the last 10 years. It used to be just a small little stop off to go to the Gissberg Twin Lakes for a cool swim, but today, Smokey Point is the hub for Costco, Target, Lowes, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and dozens of restaurants, markets, shops, and much more.

Snohomish Washington

Snohomish Washington Is Located about 25 to 30 Miles Northeast of Downtown Seattle. This kitschy, comforting, and country little town is nestled right on the Snohomish River and spreads out from Highway 2 to the river but the outlying areas of Snohomish stretch far beyond its city boundary line.

Stanwood Washington

Stanwood Washington is a small community that lies between Interstate 5 and Camano Island. It’s accessible along Pioneer Hwy., Marine Drive or Highway 532, which turns into 268th St., Northwest through Stanwood. Located in Snohomish County, Stanwood is about 50 miles north of Seattle. It’s nestled at the mouth of the Stillaguamish River and is home to about 6500 residents.

Edmonds Washington

Edmonds Washington is located in Snohomish County just west of Lynnwood and north of Shoreline. This affluent community borders the Puget Sound and is the hub for the Edmonds Kingston ferry line. There are a variety of commercial properties, businesses, multi-family opportunities, and land for sale throughout Edmonds.

Everett Washington

Everett Washington is the county seat of Snohomish County and is the largest city in the county, home to over 110,000 residents. It’s about 35 minutes or 29 miles north of downtown Seattle and many people that live in Everett actually commute to the Seattle area or to the east side including Bellevue and Kirkland.

Granite Falls Washington

Granite Falls Washington is located about 40 miles from downtown Seattle in Snohomish County. It’s nestled between the Pilchuck and Stillaguamish rivers in the western foothills of the Cascade mountain range. It’s northeast of Lake Stevens and Marysville and is named for the waterfall on the river located north of downtown.

I also handle real estate in smaller communities around Snohomish County such as Sultan, Index, Start Up, Gold Bar, Utsalady, Brier, Woodway, Clearview, Bryant, Fobes Hill, and Trafton.
