Marysville actually stretches from a supper Hill Road all the way north to 172nd St. NE., which incorporates the unincorporated community of Smoky Point. It covers quite a large area so there are several neighborhoods and communities to choose from. You can even buy an older home and remodel it or refurbish it down on 2nd or 3rd Street in downtown Marysville. There are beautiful older homes that are being refurbished and remodeled every year. And you’re just a short walk away from downtown Marysville, which has the Wander Coffee Bar for excellent avocado toast, 5 Rights Brewing – try the Kristi! And the Dutch Bakery – their blueberry bread is to die for.
