And the Dutch Bakery – their blueberry bread is to die for.

If you’re planning on buying a home or just browsing the area, consider Marysville. We have all of your standard amenities such as shops, restaurants, markets, banks, etc. but we are also less than 10 minutes to Smoky Point, which has Costco, Target, Best Buy, Kohls and a lot of great restaurants.
For those that live closer to Highway 9, you can head south to Lake Stevens in just 10 minutes and be close to another Target, Ulta, TJ Maxx, and Michaels.
Currently, the home value index is around $400,000. The average sales price over the last few months is about $440,000 up nearly 18% from last year. Most homes that are priced correctly so for about 2% above list price and go pending in four days. (This is as of the second quarter of 2020.)
